Verify that the installed software is still supported by the manufacturer. If the software is obsolete, it is recommended to plan and perform upgrade to a newer version.
Inspect that there are no active warnings.
Inspect logs for signs off operational problems.
Verify system backup is running
Verify SiPass full database backup is running with a 30-day history available. If not, request the neces-sary repair.
Verify SiPass purge log every 180 days policy, is still valid. If not, request configuration change.
Verify date and time settings, correct the setting if incorrect.
