Oppgavebeskrivelse

Påse at fjernstyring av komponenter (krets, mekaniske brytere og spoler) og overordnet styring fungerer og er i orden, samt at alarmliste og alarmhistorikk er fri for stående feil.

Kommentar

Before starting work on the product, make sure that there is no system pressure on the tank.
- Disconnect pumps or Digital inputs Cards for digital inputs are of the SINK input type.
There is a status light for each channel that lights up yellow when input is active. ie 24VDC into the respective input. It may be needed to measure this signal to confirm whether the DI card is defective.
Digital outputs Similarly, digital outputs are SOURCE output. This
means that here the card is the power source, and the load to 0VDC. When a status lamp is lit, we MUST have 24VDC in relation to 0VDC. If we do not
have this, try disconnecting the load to see if the card's terminal voltage rises to 24VDC. If it does not, the card is defective.

Analog inputs
Analog inputs are normally 4-20mA (0-20mA / 0-10V may also be used, see panel documentation). When indicating a fault in the meter value, check the current with an ammeter, if the current is above 20mA or below 4mA, this may indicate an error on the analog sensor.
An active and passive sensor are connected differently. When the flashing lights on the duct lamps are red, it means that no load is connected, but when flashing the STATUS lamp on the analogue card, this may indicate something wrong with the card, see manual.off the power supply.
IO cards such as Digital / Analog in and digital out can be replaced without further ado. There is no need to disconnect the power, and values from input
modules are automatically frozen to the last value when the card is removed. When changing network cards, a PLC must be restarted to transfer settings to a new card.
