- Hinges. Lubrication with high quality grease. Check that door
opens 90 degrees, add grease in the grease nipple with the grease gun
and make sure that all redundant grease is removed

- Door closer. Check the screws that secure the door closer and arm
door/frame and screw that connects the door closer and the arm.

- Door co-ordinator. All screws/nuts properly tightened. Lubricant
oil/spray added to moveable joints/parts

- Panic bar. Lubricate all moveable joints and springs with
lubricant oil/spray. Ensure that luminescent tape and/or sign on panic
fitting is firmly attached, if it is damaged or removed replace it
with a new one. All sign to be properly cleaned and all screws to be tightened.

- Door sign. Ensure it is clean and readable. Damaged sign to be replaced 

- Vision panel. Clean and check for visual damage. Damaged/broken
glass to be replaced immediately

- Painting. Check surface treatment of door. Damaged to be repaired
to avoid corrosion problems. Defined requirement for maintenance of
surface protection; not exceed 2 mm

- Handle, lock case and striker plate. Control the latch bolt and
dead bolt. Cleaned with a dry cloth and supply lubrication oil into
the lock case. Light and medium duty handles should be checked for
damage and cleaned with a dry, clean cloth and screws tightened. The
striker plate in the doorframe should be cleaned with a clean, dry
cloth and screws tightened and if necessary adjusted.

- Stretching latch system. System should be cleaned and all
screws/nuts properly tightened

- Automatic flush bolt. Bolt should be cleaned with a clean, dry
cloth and supply some lubricant oil/spray into the lock case. All
screws properly tightened.

- Flush bolt. Bolt should be cleaned with a clean, dry cloth and
supply lubricant oil/spray to the flush bolt arm (moveable parts). All
screws properly tightened

Funksjonstest av:

- Låsebolt og dødbolt

- Strekklåssystem

- Automatisk spylebolt (låst lås er låst i posisjon når aktivt
dørblad er lukket)

- Skyllebolt

- Topp- og bunnruller. Hvis døren ikke lukkes jevnt og ordentlig,
støy/dissonans, sjekk og fjern om nødvendig sand, støv og skitt

- Dørbrems. Funksjonskontroll av dørbrems, døren skal være åpen til
helt åpen posisjon (og lukket) bremsen vil bryte dørens lukkefase.
Lukkehastigheten kan justeres med og justeringsskrue

Functional test of:

- Latch bolt and dead bolt

- Stretching latch system

- Automatic flush bolt (dead bolt is locked in position when active
door leaf is closed)

- Flush bolt

- Top and bottom-rollers. If the door does not close smooth and
properly, noise/dissonance, check and if necessary, remove sand, dust
and dirt

- Door brake. Functional operation check of door brake, the door to
be open to full open position (and closed) the brake will break the
doors closing phase. The closing speed can be adjusted with and
adjusting screw
