Superstructure class, axle load and max speed

Note that the axle load and speed limits are based on what the superstructure is designed for. The groundwork of the line and track geometry will limit both the permitted maximum speed and axle load in some locations. Therefore, there will not always be a correlation between the permitted maximum axle load/speed on any given stretch of line and the maximum axle load/speed permitted by the superstructure class on the stretch of line in question.
